- The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking interested firms that can provide Linen and Mat Rental/Cleaning Services to multiple Maryland and Virginia Commissary Locations. The Statement of Work (SOW) for this requirement is attached to this Request for Information (RFI). This RFI is for market research purposes only. The anticipated period of performance is December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026 with four (4) option years. Quoters must be registered is the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award. The NAICS code for this requirement is 812332. Background: DeCA is a component of the Department of Defense (DoD) reporting to the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness. DeCA operates a worldwide commissary system that provides quality grocery products at substantial savings to active duty military personnel and retirees, members of the Reserve and National Guard, and their families. DeCA�s mission is to deliver a vital benefit of the military pay system that sells grocery items at significant savings while enhancing quality of life and readiness. DeCA headquarters is located at 1300 Eisenhower Avenue, Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia 23801. Interested firms are asked to contact Christina Ellison via email at christina.ellison@deca.mil. Please provide a synopsis (no more than 50 pages) of the program you offer with sufficient detail as to convey the programs value in supporting the above requirement. This request is for market research and informational planning purposes only. It is not a request for quotes and should not be constructed as a commitment or intention to take or decline to take any action on the information provided or received as a result of this request. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary. Responders are encouraged to refrain from submitting proprietary information, but if inclusion of such information is essential to explain answers to queries, it should be marked accordingly. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the RFI. DeCA will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make award(s), and/or be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI.
