Description

NASA Headquarters Information Technology (IT) Procurement Office has a requirement for an agency-wide ordering agreement to procure new and renewal COMSOL software products, maintenance, and associated services. NASA Headquarters IT Procurement Office intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from COMSOL, Inc. 100 District Avenue Burlington, MA 01803-5042 under the authority of FAR 13.501. It has been determined that COMSOL, Inc. is the sole provider for a consolidated ordering agreement. The Government intends to acquire a commercial product or service using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to caitlin.m.poulton@nasa.gov not later than 12:00 PM ET on May 12, 2025. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
