************************************************************************************************ Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NC City: Ahoskie Delineated Area: NORTH: Beginning at point #1 on the delineated area map, which is the intersection of 1st St W and Hertford County High School Road, travel East on Hertford County High School Road to point #2. EAST: At point # 2, travel South on North Academy Street.. Take a left on E Hayes Street. Turn right on S Catherine Creek Road. Take a left on E Myers St and continue on Jessie St. Turn right on Ruritan Street, and then left on Jersey Street to point #3. SOUTH: At point #3, travel southwest on Jersey St, and continue on Stokes St. Take a right on S Catherine St, then a left on East/West Memorial Drive to point #4. WEST: From point 4, Travel Northeast on S Academy Street, and left on 1st Street W back to point #1. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,760 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,933 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 38 Parking Spaces (Surface): 38 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year�/�500-Year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
