- This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation IAW FAR Part 12 and 13. Submit written quotes in reference to Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA465925QM003. This requirement is being solicited as total small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562211 with a size standard of $47M. QUOTE SCHEDULE: Potential Offerors shall include the total price to provide for all of the items listed on the quote schedule, listed on the combo. For further information, please see attached: Attachment 1 � Provisions and Clauses Attachment 2 � SCA Wage Determination Attachment 3 � Performance Work Statement (PWS) Amendment 1 The below items are being changed with Amendment 1. -Combo: Updated the quote due date, the period of performanced, the Contracting Points of Contact, and the 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 Addendums. -Attachment 1 - Provisions and Clauses: Updated provision 52.212-2. -Attachment 3 - PWS: Updated paragraph 1 Description of Services, removing verbiage for the 6 month option period.
