SOL: 36C24225Q0592 DUE:05/07/2025 SET ASIDE: N/A NAICS: 339113 POP STATE: 45 Days ARO Email: Jonatan.Rondon@va.gov AGENCY: Department of Veterans Affairs; James J. Peters Bronx VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road Bronx, NY 10468. DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO SEVA Technical Services, INC. of Newport News, VA, for their First Receivers Decontamination Program (FRDP) equipment, including PAPR hoods, battery packs, Tychem Suits and CBRN filters for the James J. Peters VA Medical Center. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1)(ii), Soliciting from a Single Source. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 339113, Biohazard protective clothing and accessories manufacturing with a Size Standard of 800 Employees. Requirement: Battery: D, Every day, Alkaline, 1.5V DC, Procell Constant. Akaline Battery Pack: Sentinel XL, Powered Air Purifying Respirator, Akaline Battery Pack: Sentinel XL, Rechargeable, Nickel-Metal Hydride, Battery Pack PAPR System: Sentinel XL CBRN, Hood, Belt- Mount, XL Cartridge, CBRN, Olive, 3 Pack, NIOSH DUPONT Coveralls: XL, Tychem® 6000, Elastic Wrist, Elastic Ankle, Gray, Taped Seam, DUPONT Coveralls: 2XL, Tychem® 6000, Elastic Wrist, Elastic Ankle, Completed climate-controlled storage unit built to specifications. Delivery and setup at James J. Peters VA Medical Center. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to May 7th, 2025. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
