By limiting sources to the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School for a necessary course that accommodates the senior leaders calendar availability, DCMA can leverage an established and customized program that addresses the distinct requirements and challenges of its senior personnel, ultimately enhancing their industry management expertise and leadership capabilities.
