Description
The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Doors, Gates, and Barriers for several buildings on Amelia Earhart Center, Aukamm, Clay Kaserne Wiesbaden, Egelsbach, Hainerberg, Mainz Kastel Station, Mc Cully Barracks, Rheinblick Golf Course, Schwabenwaeldchen, and Wiesbaden Small Arms located around Wiesbaden, Germany. The proposed performance is a 12-month base period plus two (2) 12-month option periods and a start date on or around 9 JULY 2025. A site visit is scheduled for 12 MAY 2025 10:00 CET. The site visit information is to be found in the attached Addenda. Place of Performance will be in Wiesbaden, Germany. Contractors performing services in the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) shall comply with German law. The Contractor shall determine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and, if so, shall comply with all requirements. Whether or not registration or authorization to do business is required, the Contractor shall determine what documents or authorization its employees and any subcontractor employees must possess to work in Germany. The Contractor shall ensure affirmatively that its employees and subcontractor employees possess such documents or authorizations. See section 1.24 of the PWS for additional information. The Solicitation, questions received, and any amendments will be posted on SAM.gov.
