- Dear Prospective Quoter, The United States State Department has a requirement for contractors to provide an SUV vehicle. You are invited to submit a quotation. Specifications: Fuel economy: Equal or better than 9.8 km/lt in the city. Transmission and Power: 6-speed automatic transmission and 204 hp. Warranty: 5-year warranty with the option to extend for an additional 5 years, totaling 10 years. Off-Road Capability: High ground clearance and 4�4 drivetrain with low range gearing for smooth operation on rough terrains. Engine: 2.8 Turbodiesel engine with a minimum towing capacity of 3,000 kg. Durability and Reliability: Exceptional durability, long-term reliability, low maintenance requirements, and consistent performance over many years. Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS): Adaptive Cruise Control, Pre-Collision System, Lane Departure Warning, and Automatic High Beams. Seating Configuration: 5-seat configuration with adaptable seating for maximum cargo space. Cargo Space: 500-liter trunk. Support Network: Strong global support network with easy access to spare parts and service, high resale value, and a reputation for reliability. Payment method: Bank transfer Important Note: The purchase must be local. The government will not handle any import procedures for the vehicle. Interested parties must have an active SAM registration and provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) along with their expression of interest. The State Department plans to award a Purchase Order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations. This announcement does not commit the State Department to make any award. The State Department reserves the right to change or cancel this announcement, or any part of it, without notice. If you or your firm are interested in participating in this process, and to receive a copy of the requirements, you must send an email message to rioprocurement@state.gov with the title �PR15312888� no later than 15 calendar days after this announcement is posted online. The RFQ package will be forwarded to all interested parties on the 16th day. Upon receipt of the requirements, please read it carefully, and if interested, submit your quotation.
