- �Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.� There are eleven (11) OWS and their associated sand interceptors (SI) that require cleaning. The cleaning includes sample analysis, pumping, cleaning the chamber, and removing all waste material. OWS 65 is to be evaluated for its configuration, size, and analyses of its contents. Servicing of OWS 65 depends on the analysis of its contents. Removal and cleaning of an OWS with hazardous wastes shall be the responsibility of Hazmart. requirements.. Please see attached documents for full solicitation requirements. Site Visit: The site visit is planned for 8 May 2025 at 9:00AM (MDT), Vendor Participation: All interested vendors must submit their names for participation for the site visit by 5 May 2025. If the details of the modification change the soliciation will be adjusted and posted via an amendment or modification. **Please see the attached documents, review and complete the instructions for the requirement that are listed in the combined synopsis.**
