All feedback and questions must be submitted by the closing date of this notice.Description: The purpose of this acquisition is to establish a target of five contractors under a Regional Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (IDIQ MATOC) with a total shared capacity not to exceed (NTE) $957M to meet the construction requirements of designing plans for and constructing floodproofing on up to 3,189 eligible properties in the Southwest Coastal Louisiana Nonstructural Storm Risk Management Project (SWCLA). These properties identified during feasibility are situated in the eligible lowest-lying floodplain. Of these properties, it is estimated 1,800 can be floodproofed under current funding availability (see Funding paragraph below). The remaining use of this MATOC?s ordering capacity will be reliant upon future funding of SWCLA or similar projects in the region. There are currently three other nonstructural storm risk management projects in various phases of planning or implementation that would be eligible to use this acquisition for work performed in the state of Louisiana. MVR anticipates utilizing this acquisition for 100% of floodproofings within SWCLA.
