- Amendment 0001 Q1 Can the Process Flow Charts be included as an Attachment to the Technical Volume? A1 Yes, please reference the attachment within the Technical Volume. Q2 Note 2 on Drawing 6702814 list the color as �Black� but Note 3 of Drawing 13101501 calls out �Green Number 34094�. Which color is correct for the charges? A2 Green Number 34094 is the correct color. Q3 Can the � Lb. TNT Block (Drawing 8885248) utilize the same detwell as the 1 Lb. Block (Drawing 8885252) and � Lb Block (Drawing 8797115)? A3 No, shall follow the TDP. Q4 Can the density of the TNT Blocks be exceeded from the 1.54g/cc max tolerance? A4 No, shall meet TDP tolerances. Q5 In drawing 8799162 (Rev U), Packing Step P3 notes, �PLACE MARKED LABEL INTO EACH BAG SO AS TO BE READABLE THROUGH BAG MATERIAL. PRESS SEAL BAGS CLOSED.� Can the label for these priming adapters be placed on the bag (on the outside) so that it is firmly affixed to the bag rather than loose inside it? A5 Yes, affixing the labels to the outside of the bag is acceptable. Please find Amendment 0001 in the attachments for reference. The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI), in support of Project Manager Close Combat Systems, issues Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-25-R-0013 for the demolition, charge, block 1/4 lb TNT, 1/2 lb TNT, and 1 lb TNT. This acquisition will be a Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, resulting in a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. Please completely review the RFP, along with the supporting attachments.
