- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Notice Type: Sources Sought Date: April 8, 2025 Solicitation Number: SPRDL1-25-R-0132 Subject: Engine Oil Pump Assembly for M88 Ground Combat Vehicle � NSN 2815-01-433-9603 Agency: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land - Warren 1.0 Introduction DLA Land - Warren is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of supplying the Engine Oil Pump Assembly for the M88 Ground Combat Vehicle. This is NOT a formal solicitation notice. This Sources Sought is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. 2.0 Item Description Item Name: Engine Oil Pump Assembly National Stock Number (NSN): 2815-01-433-9603 Technical Data Package (TDP) Number: 12468945 End Item: M88 Ground Combat Vehicle 3.0 Statement of Need The Engine Oil Pump Assembly is a critical component for the M88 Ground Combat Vehicle. This item is NOT A COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE ITEM and requires specialized manufacturing capabilities. 4.0 Quality and Testing Requirements Standards: MIL-STD-1916 applies. Quality Management System (QMS): Higher Level Contract Quality System requirement. Suppliers must possess a QMS certified to ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent. First Article Testing (FAT): FAT will be required. FAT report due within 120 days of contract award. FAT shall be conducted per the requirements outlined in TDP 12468945, and shall include 100% inspection as defined in applicable Quality Assurance Provisions (QAPs). 5.0 Delivery Information FOB: Destination 6.0 Information Requested Interested companies capable of providing the Engine Oil Pump Assembly are requested to submit the following information: Company Name and Address Point of Contact (Name, Title, Phone Number, Email Address) CAGE Code Brief Capability Statement: Describe your company�s experience in manufacturing similar components for military applications. Manufacturing Capabilities: Detail your company�s manufacturing capabilities related to this item (e.g., machining, casting, assembly). Quality System Certification: Provide documentation demonstrating compliance with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent. Lead Time: Estimated lead time for delivery of the first article and subsequent production units.
