Kindly participate in an �FFP� (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as �BSA�), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for Thales Components Corp. (PN# TH 573SC) Vacuum Electron Tube (No Substitutes) as outlined in the Draft Purchase Order (Enclosure A). *All freight fees are to be included in the all-inclusive pricing (DEST). Please provide the following on your quote: 1. Country of Origin (COO) 2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) 3. Lead Time Please return the following along with your quote: Published Price list: showing the items on your quote for price justification: (SAMPLE: Prior BNL PO for the same or a web screenshot (or link) of same/similar items with pricing and part number shown) This will be the only notification made requesting such solicitation for this RFQ.
