- This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The United States Army is planning to procure Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) systems on a brand name basis from specific manufacturers for all IMCOM installations located within the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii as well as some Overseas U.S. Army garrison locations in order to standardize FACP systems across all Army Installations.
