- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Purchase of Six (6) Equipment Trailers Market Research - For Information Purposes Only Introduction: This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for market research purposes and is to assist the Government in determining the availability and technical capability of potential sources for the purchase of six (6) Equipment Trailers. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market research. Salient Characteristics List: A copy of the Salient Characteristics List is provided with this Sources Sought Notice. Please review the Salient Characteristics List for detailed information regarding the equipment trailers requirements. Information Requested: Interested businesses are requested to submit the following information: Company Name: Point of Contact: Phone Number: Email Address: Website (if applicable): CAGE Code: Unique Entity ID (UEI): GSA Contract Number(s) (if applicable): If you hold a GSA schedule contract that could be used for this requirement, please provide the contract number(s). Business Size/Socioeconomic Status: (e.g., Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, etc.) Capabilities Statement: Provide a brief description of your company's experience and capabilities in providing equipment trailers, including similar projects completed. Please address your ability to meet the requirements outlined in the Salient Characteristics List. Estimated Lead Time: Please provide your estimated lead time from contract award to delivery of the trailers. NAICS Code and Product Service Code: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336212 (Truck Trailer Manufacturing).
