Description

The Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, located in/at Off Highway 191 & Hopsital Drive, Chinle Arizona, 86503 has an upcoming requirement for Blanket Purchase Agreement for MERV 8 and MERV 14 various size air filters, on an �As needed Basis� for the Facility Management Department at the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility. This will be a brand name requirement. The anticipated period of performance is for one year from the date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 333413 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00137 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 7, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical requirements to meet the government need, delivery time, and price. Quotes will be due on or by April 9, 2025 @ 12:00 PM, MDT. The acquisition is a 100% Women Owned Small Business set aside. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have � and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) � an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
