Description: The contractor shall provide a turnkey, self-service enclosed laundry facility with 54ea electric stacked laundry centers. These washers and dryers will be used twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. These bundles of laundry will include but are not limited to socks, undergarments, t-shirts, physical fitness uniforms and army combat uniforms. This facility shall be a temporary structure that is climate controlled and always maintain an average internal temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
