Description

This Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) was amended on March 24, 2025 to extend the original period of performance of contract number GS-00F-010CA/89303025FCR400010 by three (3) months from 01/01/2025 through 03/31/2025 to 01/01/2025 through 06/30/2025. If circumstances warrant, the duration of performance can be extended by the Contracting Officer for an additional three (3) months with a period of performance ending on 09/30/2025. An urgent and compelling need exists to ensure continuity of support to meet CESER�s Departmental mission to secure the United States energy infrastructure against all hazards, reduce impacts from disruptive events, and assist industry with restoration activities, ensuring a secure and reliable flow of energy to the United States. Without an extension a break in contractor service may ensue and put at risk CESER�s ability to meet its mission. The attached LSJ will provide the justification for the two 3-month extensions through September 30, 2025 if needed.
