- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 31140PR250000041and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-03 Effective: 01/17/2025 The NAICS Code is 339920. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The size standard for this requirement is 750 employees USCG Air Base Kodiak has a requirement for CLIN 0001 QTY 1 EACH iWall-3.0, Interactive Exercise focused Gaming System (new), Brand name or Equal CLIN 0002 QTY 1 JOB Remote installation and training support CLIN 0003 QTY1 EA Base Year Subscription CLIN 0004 QTY 1 EA OPTION #1 YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION CLIN 0005 QTY 1 EA OPTION #2 YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION CLIN 0006 QTY 1 EA OPTION #3 YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION CLIN 0007 QTY 1 EA OPTION #4 YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION Delivery FOB Destination within 60 days to: Alaska Air Forwarding Attn: USCG Base Kodiak MWR Z31140 4443 S 134th Street Tukwila, WA 98168 Base Year Subscription to begin upon successful supported installation. To be considered equal, the equally proposed product/subscription must meet or exceed the following salient characteristics: Product must include solo or multiplayer interactive fitness games that use the body as a controller. Product must include at least 2 large HD screen displays (no less than 55� each), Gaming PC, motion sensor(s), cabinet to house screens, wireless keyboard, and 12v power supply. Screens must be able to mount securely to wall and have tempered protective glass Product must be capable of a hardwire internet option. Product must be capable of being used by all ages, and all fitness levels, and individuals with physical and mental disabilities/challenges. Product must promote muscular endurance, mobility, and balance. Product must come with no less than 15 games, with the option to receive new/replacement games on a regular basis (not longer than every 6 months). An annual service charge for software updates, new games, and remote service/support is acceptable. Contractor is not expected to install the product but must provide step by step installation guide and remote assistance for local staff. Contractor must provide virtual step by step training for staff members to use the system. In addition, contractor must provide a digital guide. Contractor must provide all hardware, software, cabling, and equipment to properly run the system. Include hardware/software, installation, training for facility staff, and shipping of material all as separate line items on quotation. Contractor must include a minimum of a 1-year warranty on all parts, equipment, and troubleshooting assistance with hardware and software. FAR Provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable, inclusive of options. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission. FAR 52.212-4 and addenda to FAR 52.212-4 apply to this acquisition. Addenda are: 52.204-13, 52.204-18, 52.252-2, 52.204-23 (HSAR DEVIATION), 52.204-25 (HSAR DEVIATION). FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition, with the following checkboxes: 52.204-10, 52.204-27, 52.209-6, 52.219-28, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-50, 52.225-13, 52.226-8, 52.232-33. Where FAR clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to, the following: In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004. Where the word ""offer/offeror"" or a derivative of that word appears, it is changed to ""quote/quoter"" or a derivative of that word. Quotes are due by April 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., Alaska time, to Robbin Kessler at robbin.m.kessler@uscg.mil to be considered for award. If it is in the best interest of the government, quotes submitted after the due date may be accepted. Quotes shall remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise expressly stated on the quote. Quotes shall list two points of contact for the offeror, including name, phone number, and email address. All contractual and technical questions must be in writing. Questions must be received by March 28, 2025, 1:00 p.m. Alaska time, to Robbin Kessler at robbin.m.kessler@uscg.mil Telephone questions will not be accepted.
