- Amendment 001: MARCH 18th, 2025 - This amendment is to cancel solicition SP4702-25-Q-0009. ------------------------------------------------------ The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Office of Counsel has the responsibility to provide court reporter services for Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) hearings, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) hearings, arbitrations and depositions in support of our clients. The services of a court reporter capture and preserve a verbatim record of legal proceedings, ensuring the record is both accurate and court-admissible. The court reporter is an impartial third-party officiant who facilitates these proceedings. The scope of the contract is to obtain court reporting services for MSPB hearings, EEOC hearings, arbitrations and depositions in support of our clients for DLA Office of Counsel - Land and Maritime.
