Description

1.0 Purpose/Scope This is a Sources Sought regarding a tentative requirement to calibrate two each GILMAN/GISHOLT BALANCE machines . As part of its market research, on behalf of its mission partner, is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of interested and qualified contractors capable of performing the requirement as further described. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. The technical specifications describe only the currently contemplated possible specifications and may vary from the actual specifications identified in final Statement of Work (SOW) for Balance and Calibration Services to determine is any Small Businesses can meet the Governments need to inspect for serviceability and calibrate two each GILMAN/GISHOLT BALANCE machines specified in the SOW, and likewise if any Small Businesses intend on competing for this future award. Our intent is to award to Small Business., however we have yet to determine if there are any small businesses under the subject NAICS which would be interested in competing for this award. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of market research. Please note that this is a draft SOW and is subject to change. However, the needs identifed in the SOW shall provide enough information for offerers to make a determination if they can meet the Governments needs and are interested in doing so. 2.0 Draft Technical Specifications See Attachment 1 for the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) which provides the performance requirements for the vendor that will meet the Government�s need. 3.0 Notes to Responders Please limit responses or capability statement to three pages Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought. Submit Sources Sought responses to the Contract Specialist via email by the close date specified in SAM.
