Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: KY City: Owensboro Delineated Area: North: W. 1st Street to Locust Street to W. Veterans Blvd to E. Veterans Blvd to Daviess Street to E 2nd Street to Bolivar Street East: Bolivar Street to E. 5th Street to Daviess Street to E. 7th Street to Allen Street to E. 9th Street to Daviess Street to E. 12th Street to Allen Street to W 11 th Street South: W 11 th Street to W 10 th Street West: Locust Street to W 5th Street to Elm Street to W. 1st Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,396 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,515 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Surface): Four (4) surface spaces Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: Offered building must be capable of meeting Facility Security Level (FSL) 2 requirements, as determined by the Government in its sole discretion. Offered space must be contiguous. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Contact information and e-mail address of offeror�s representative; 3. ABOA SF and rentable square feet available (identifying the specific floor and square footage, with Common Area Factor) and its condition (shell or built-out, and if so for whom); 4. Asking full-service rental rate per ABOA SF and RSF; 5. Date building will be ready for commencement of tenant improvements; 6. Evidence that the offered space will meet the other specific requirements identified herein; and 7. Submission by anyone other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by written consent from the ownership granting authority to the representative in providing the information to the Government.
