This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. 2. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 and DFARS Change Notice 20250117. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 332722 Bolt, Nut, Screw, Rivet, and Washer Manufacturing 6. The size standard is: 600 Employees REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: Period of Performance: Base: 15 February 2025 through 14 February 2026 Option period one (1) from 02/15/2026 through 02/14/2027 Option period two (2) from 02/15/2027 through 02/14/2028 Option period three (3) from 02/15/2028 through 02/14/2029 Option period four (4) from 02/15/2029 through 02/14/2030 Place of Performance: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME, 03904 METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be emailed. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. System for Award Management (SAM): Vendors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award.
