- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for informational and planning purposes only. NAVSUP WSS is seeking potential sources interested in providing spare procurements for the Engineering/Diesel Systems program under this standalone contract. As part of its market research, NAVSUP WSS is issuing this SSN to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing spares to support the Engineering/Diesel Systems program. Spares support various US Navy ship classes. This requirement is for the anticipated BPA with 4 option years for the procurement of: CLIN 0001; NIIN: 016806472; 1HM 6810 016806472 in accordance with Reference number SODIUMCHLORIDE(USP). This item is a commercial/nondevelopmental/off-the-shelf item. Commercial item descriptions, commercial vendor catalog or price lists or commercial manuals assigned a technical manual number apply. The NAICS code for the requirements are 325199 - All other basic organic chemical manufacturing Primary products and the standard size is 1,200 employees. The anticipated contract value is $2.2M. NAVSUP WSS is seeking the following information: Potential sources to procure the items listed in above (name, address, CAGE Code, business size standard) Any resultant solicitation will be released to Contract Opportunities via beta.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Contractors who previously responded to the RFI do not need to respond to this Notice unless information has changed. Responses are requested no later than 25 Feb 2025 1500 EST.
