Description
NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to support Non-Recurring Demand (NRD) requirements for 363 MK 99 Fire Control System (FCS), AN-SPY-1 Transmitter Group and AN-SPY-3 Multi-Function Radar (MFR) items. The Government intends to modify Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract N00383-25-D-NE01 with Raytheon Company in Marlborough, MA (7Y193) to support this effort. The government does not possess the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the items. There is no small business set aside assigned to this requirement. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. See attached list of NIINs. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award. If you are not an approved source, you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure for Repairs and/or Spares. These brochures identify the technical data required to be submitted based on your company�s experience in repair of the same or similar items or the manufacture of the same or similar items. These brochures can be obtained at: https://www.navsup.navy.mil/NAVSUP-Enterprise/NAVSUP-Weapon-Systems-Support/Business-Opps/. Offers received which fail to provide all data required by the source approval brochure will not be considered for award under this solicitation. Please note, if evaluation of a source approval request submitted hereunder cannot be processed in time and / or approval requirements preclude the ability to obtain subject items in time to meet Government requirements, award of this requirement may be continued based on Fleet support needs.
