- ************************************************************************************************ Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: East Butler Delineated Area: Delineated Area: Point of beginning: Intersection of I-79 South and PA-208. South on I-79 South to PA-488 East. East on PA-488 East to PA-528 South/S Franklin St. South on PA-528 South to Whitestown Rd. East on Whitestown Rd. to Hansen Ave. South on Hansen Ave to Pittsburgh Rd. North on Pittsburgh Rd to E. Wayne St. East on E. Wayne St to S. McKean St. North on S. McKean St to E. Jefferson St. East on E. Jefferson St to US-422 East/Benjamin Franklin Highway. East on US-422 East to State Route 268. North on State Route 268 to PA-58 West. West on PA-58 West to PA-208 West. West on PA-208 West to the point of beginning I-79 South. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,991 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,411 SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 150 Parking Spaces (Surface): 150 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Full Term: 5 Years Firm Term: 0 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [�100-year�/�500-Year�] floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in East Butler, Pennsylvania that will be expiring. The Government has determined that, for mission- related and economic reasons, it is advantageous to exercise an existing 5-year renewal option. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating. These costs include physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals.
