- The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (NAVSUP FLCSI) Rota Shore Branch is issuing this sources-sought notice with the purpose of conducting market research before pursuing a sole source award. The NAVSUP FLCSI Rota Detachment, Rota, Spain, is searching for sources to procure Inside Plant (ISP), Outside Plant (OSP), and associated peripheral equipment (materials and labor) at Naval Station Rota, Spain (NAVSTA Rota) for official users. Naval Computer Telecommunications Atlantic Master Station Detachment Rota (NCTAMS LANT DET ROTA), Spain is the Activity Providing Telephone Service (APTS) to all U.S. Navy activities within the Commander, U.S. Naval Activities Spain (COMNAVACTS) area of concern. The contractor shall provide NAVSTA Rota official users the ability to receive required telecommunications/data infrastructure and peripheral equipment (materials and labor) that conform to United Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-580-01 and Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA)/U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) commercial building standards. The Contractor shall provide installation on a mutually agreed upon date and time to maintain the overall operational tempo of NAVSTA Rota�s required missions. *****THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND A FORMAL SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME***** The NAICS Code for this requirement is 517111 - Telecommunications carriers, wired, and the size standard is 1,500 employees. Interested, responsible business concerns capable of meeting these requirements are invited to submit a capabilities statement (not to exceed three pages) that demonstrates their capability to provide such services. The capability statement must also include the following information: 1.Include company name, address, CAGE code, small business status (8A, small, small disadvantaged, women-owned, HUBZone, veteran-owned, or service-disabled veteran-owned), and point of contact (POC) information for the interested firm. 2.Identify, by contract number, any past or current contracts and/or subcontracts that were awarded to your firm, period of performance, contract type, contract amount, and points of contact for any customer references.
