Description

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for a Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement for one (1) Siemens Acuson NX3 Elite located at the Acoma-Ca�oncito-Laguna (ACL) Indian Health Center in the Pueblo of Acoma, NM. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. For details, please refer to attached document titled �RFQ No. 75H70725Q00048� and all attachments. Please be sure to thoroughly review all documents.
