- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source award for Natural Gas Utility Services. Proposed Contractor: Washington Gas Light Company 1000 Maine AVE SW FL 7, Washington, District of Columbia, 20024-3494, United States UEID: RPUWKYL41MJ7 CAGE: 0CFX1 The authority used for the sole source is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The intended period of performance is a base year with four (4) option years. Base Year: 3/1/2025 � 2/28/2026 Option Year 1: 3/1/2026 � 2/28/2027 Option Year 2: 3/1/2027 � 2/29/2028 Option Year 3: 3/1/2028 � 2/28/2029 Option Year 4: 3/1/2029 � 2/28/2030 This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF�s intent to solicit on a sole source basis. A formal combined synopsis/solicitation will not occur. All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor.
