- SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, BUT INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. There is no guarantee, expressed or implied, that the market research for this acquisition will result in any guarantee of award or acquisition strategy. The Request for Information (RFI) number is FA441725Q0062 and shall be used to reference any written responses to this sources sought. Hurlburt Field is conducting research to determine the market capabilities of potential contractors to provide service to 1 SOCS for Public Address (PA) System support. A standard PA system is designed solely for one-way communication, allowing announcement or audio broadcasts to be sent to speakers throughout a building, facility, or outdoor area, without the ability for individuals to respond back. Please note, all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
