- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented withadditional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a writtensolicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 562991 size standard of $9M. An Offeror�ssubmission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the USGovernment in any way. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in eff ect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 and DefenseFederal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20231030. Requirement Details: See attached Statement of Requirements (SOR). All fees associated with the specifications outlined in the SOR (cleaning,stocking, relocation) shall be included in the unit price for each CLIN below.
