- BOA Order: The NAICS Code is 811210. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-23-G-0003, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order on a sole source basis to MSI. The contractor shall Open and Inspect MK88 MOD4 Gun Mount and MK48 MOD2 Electro-Optical Sight and Repair MK88 Mod 4 and MK48 MOD2 Components in accordance with SOW 23-0003-0002-01. MSI is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.�
