Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT.� �The Army Contracting Command, Tenant Contracting Division, 6565 Surveillance Loop Rd, Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 10USC 2304 ( c ) (1) to� The Modal Shop, 10310 Aerohub Blvd, Cincinnati, OH 45215 Cage code: 45215.�NAICS Code is 334519� and Business Size standards 600 employees.� The contractor shall provide the following: Quantity: 1 each The Modal Shop Model 9913C Hydraulic impulse calibrator system, 200 psi to 20,000 psi. Includes PCB 913B02 exciter and 136A tourmaline standard. The Modal Shop Model 136A/PCS-7AA Tourmaline hydraulic pressure calibration transfer standard, 20k psi, 0.2 pC/psi. The Modal Shop Model 9913-OIL 4 oz container of silicon oil used in 9913 series of pressure calibration products. The Modal Shop Model 9913-MNT010 Calibration Mounting Fixture for With Endevco 8511A Series Sensors on Model K9913C From TMS. Sensor Has 3/8-24 thread, and Diaphragm Protrusion of 0.567 (in.). The Modal Shop Model 9907C Dynamic pressure calibration actuator. The Modal Shop Model 9907-REFKIT Spare reference gauge and panel meter for TMS 9907C series dynamic pressure calibration products. The Modal Shop Model 9907-ADP002 Pressure Calibration System Adaptor. Adapts Endevco Model 8530B Series for Mounting ON 9907C Series Calibrators. The Modal Shop Model 9907-ADP020 Calibration mounting fixture for use with sensors with 3/8-24 UNF 2A external mounting threads for Endevco 8511A series sensors. 913C Hydraulic Impulse Calibrator System is a sole source product,� manufactured, sold and distributed exclusively by The Modal Shop, Inc., located at the address on this� letterhead.
