Description: This requirement is to repair and upgrade an existing MTS antenna into an MTS 2.0 by repairing and saving major components from the original MTS antenna. The upgrade will include a new wiring harness for the Silvus SC4200 mesh radio. The upgrade will include a renewal of the TSC standard one-year factory warranty from the date of delivery of the upgraded unit. The government shall provide the Silvus SC4200 radio and the MTS antenna to the manufacturer for repair and upgrades..�
