FAR 12.204(b) synopsizing less than 15 days IAW FAR 5.203(a)(1) FAR 5.203(a)(1) shorter period for soliciting quote or offer Synopsis Date: 1 June 2023 Contracting Office Address: U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Knox (MICC � Ft Knox), 199 6th Avenue, Suite 250, Fort Knox, KY 40121-5720 Product Service Code: U009, Education-Training-General North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 721214, Recreational and Vacation Camps (except Campgrounds) Set-aside Status: Other Than Full and Open Competition Subject: Synopsis of Solicitation for Hillsborough County School District JCLC Solicitation Number: W9124D23Q0160 Description: The contractor shall furnish co-located facilities, furniture, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, and labor to provide lodging, training and meal accommodations, as specified herein, for JROTC Cadet Leadership Camp (JCLC) Camp Panther 2023, for two (2) cycles. Cycle 1: 5-8 June 2023 with a maximum of 380 Cadets and 70 cadre members and Cycle 2: 12-15 June 2023 with a maximum of 400 Cadets and 70 cadre members, at a location provided by the contractor that are co-located. The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis, to Camp Flaming Arrow Gulf Ridge Council, BSA for Hillsborough County Schools District JCLC Panther services to support the U.S. Army Cadet Command with a period of performance of 5 June 2023 � 15 June 2023. The anticipated award date is 2 June 2023. This solicitation will not be available through SAM.gov. Interested parties may contact Samuel M. Henderson, Contracting Officer, and/or Ranetta M.
