Description: The Government is seeking feedback regarding the revised technical elements for the SCAI DRAFT RFP.� The Government is posting revised Technical Elements 1-4 and would like to recieve Industry feedback on it since revisions were done after questions and comments received after the Industry Day, Site Visit and One on one sessions. Since there will probably not be time in the schedule for another DRAFT RFP the Government wanted to provide this section for review one more time.
