Description

Solicitation W911SA22Q3123 will be issued on Thursday, 13 April 2023 and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Snow Removal Services at 224 E 1800 North Logan, UT 84341.� The performance period is 1 May 2023 (or subsequent date) to 30 April 2024 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to leslie.a.koenig2.civ@army.mil. It is the contractor�s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time.� As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time.� The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449 Completed information from the Supplemental Information section Completed Price Schedule Attachment. Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Place of Performance; 224 W 1800 North Logan, UT **No site visit*** Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later Friday, 19 April 2023 @ 8:00 A.M. CST Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged.� Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments.� Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.�
