Description
Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice to identify entities that have resources and capabilities to provide support for managing the SDS/Chemical Inventory Management activities, data analysis, reporting and SharePoint administration and development for Veteran Health Administration s Healthcare Environmental and Facilities Programs, Enterprise Support Services (HEFP/ESS). Description of Work: The VHA The VHA Healthcare Environmental and Facilities Programs, Enterprise Support Service (ESS) SDS/Chemical Inventory Management is seeking contractor to provide labor/personnel to support online services which includes, but is not limited to, enhancing toxic and hazardous materials (chemicals) identification; tracking, and inventory development; identifying opportunities to track and report toxic release inventory (TRI) and other regulatory reporting opportunities; and developing and conducting training. The contractor shall prepare/maintain an environmental auditing data entry guidance document, auditing data reporting spreadsheets/pivot table templates, and database query templates; and performing validation reviews of facility auditing data. In addition, the contractor shall provide ESS staff data analysis and reporting; and SharePoint administration and development support. Technical Qualifications: Contractor must have experience and compliant with Executive Order (EO) 13834, OSHA 1910.1200 is a recurring Top 10 offender with HAZCOM violations, access to current Safety Data Sheets, Globally Harmonized System (GHS) VA Directive 0059, VA Chemicals Management and Pollution Prevention, VA Directive and Handbook 0062- Environmental Compliance Management (support to implement new data reporting formats) and CPTrack (VA electronic data system for accomplishing and tracking environmental audits. The system ensures consistent business processes for all users and collects data on auditing programs VA-wide). Interested & Capable Responses: NCO 5 is seeking responses from entities that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities, and qualifications necessary to provide services to support maintaining/improving the VHA SDS/Chemical Inventory management program and provide data management and SharePoint support to better comply with VHA Engineering and Occupational Safety and Health operations. requirements. Please respond with your: 1. Capability statement and summary of previous experience providing these types of graphic design services for the Veterans Health Administration or other similar healthcare facilities. 3. GSA contract number. Important note: your GSA contract must include line item for graphic artist or similar occupational class. 4. Estimated hourly labor rates for a graphic artist (inclusive of wages, overhead, G&A expenses and profit hourly rate cannot exceed GSA contract labor price).
