- RFQ W912NS21Q8006 � Catered Meals 5-17 June Springfield 1107th AVN This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to be provided in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: 722320 with a small business size standard of $8 Million. This requirement is a total Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. Product Service Code S203-Food Services. All quotes shall reference the RFQ number and shall be submitted by 11:00 A.M./1100 Central Time on 20�May 2021. The anticipated award date is no later than 21 May 2021. The following catered meals are requested in accordance with the attached purchase description �B8 � PD Meals 5-17 June Springfield 1107th AVN.pdf�. Please provide individual meal price and the total bid price. Requirement:� 1,924 Total Lunch Individually Boxed Meals: 13 Days x 148 Meals per day Quote Submission Instructions: Submit your quote on company letter head (include CAGE) or utilize attached B8 PD Meals... file. Offeror shall utilize the Contract Line Item Structure (CLIN) structure when submitting quote. �Quote Price shall include any taxes or fees to fully meet criteria of the RFQ. If offeror fails to fully demonstrate quoted items meet the specifications, they shall be considered not acceptable or nonresponsive.
