Description

The 144FW MSG/MSC intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W50S6T-21-Q-0015, to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for a �High Expansion Foam (HEF) Bladder, Fire Suppression� with delivery and install at Fresno Air National Guard Base (FANGB) in Fresno, CA. Award will be made to the lowest price responsible offeror. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all. Since award will be based on initial responses, offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333999 and the Small Business size standard is 500 employees. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. The delivery date for this requirement is 60 days after date of contract award (Attachment, W50S6T21Q0015 SF1449 RFQ). The purpose of this requirement is to deliver a HEF bladder, 200 gallon, compatible with Ansul Mfg. HEF system to include installation (Attachment, W50S6T21Q0015 SF1449 RFQ, item description for further details). A site visit will be conducted on 5 May 2021 at 0900 (9:00 am). Contractors will meet at the West Gate near 5323 E. McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. COVID protocols shall be followed and masks shall be worn when addressing the West Gate. All attendees must email their intention to participate in the site visit. Send an email request 1 day prior to Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez and the Contracting group inbox; jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil; 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil Vendors shall respond to this RFQ via email by 19 May 2021 at 1400 hours (2:00 pm) Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).� All quotes should be sent to Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez; jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and email inbox; 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified.� Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is �late� and shall not be considered. Any questions asked over the telephone will not be answered. All offers must list DUNS number/CAGE code, Company name, business representative, and phone number. To obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit https://www.sam.gov. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an Offeror ineligible for award. Vendor must also be registered in PIEE: Wide Area Work Flow to receive payment through electronic funds transfer.� If you are not currently registered, please visit the following website https://wawf.eb.mil/ to complete your registration.
