Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization,� (DITCO-PL8321), Scott AFB, IL, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with L3 Technologies Products Subsidiary of L3Harris Technologies, Inc. 5353 52nd ST SE / Grand Rapids, MI 49512USA, for the procurement of L3Harris Read-Out Support Equipment (ROSE) perpetual software license.� The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.� Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide L3Harris Read-Out Support Equipment (ROSE) perpetual software license Part #:� 17TES0321 by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform within 2 days of the posting of this notice.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� Suppliers may provide correspondence via email at the following address: nicholas.l.schulte.civ@mail.mil.� All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The NAICS Code for this procurement is 511210.
