Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Please provide a quote for Central Alabama Health Care System VA Medical Center 36C24720Q0609 � Facility Offices Moving, Relocation and Set-up Services See SOW, Price and Cost Schedule in Solicitation Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System Medical Center See attached solicitation document for details of this requirement. This is a RFQ for Facility Offices Moving, Relocation and Set-up Services for the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS) Medical Centers.�The Government reserves the right to award a single contract for each site on an all, or none basis. The Government intends to make award to the eligible, responsible offeror(s) whose offer(s) is the most advantageous to the Government considering technical, price, and past performance factors. Offerors shall bid on all items as partial bids are unacceptable. Offerors must include the following information in the quote submission: 1. Contractor point of contact including address, phone number, fax number and email address. 2. Contractor CAGE number and DUNS number. 3. Minimum and maximum ordering limitations, if applicable. 4. Prices per line item or service. 5. Quantity price breaks. 6. All questions will be submitted in writing. Lowest price technically acceptable process is appropriate for this award result from selection of a technically acceptable proposals that meet or exceed the acceptability standards for non-cost standards with the lowest evaluated price. In accordance to FAR 19.202(b) The contracting officer shall encourage maximum response to solicitations by small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns by taking the following actions: (b) Furnish specifications, plans, and drawings with solicitations, or furnish information as to where they may be obtained or examined. Preference shall be given to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business offerors, following Veteran Owned Small Business, and Small business. If all essentially have the same bottom-line price, preference will be given to the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small business.
