Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are hereby being requested under this combined synopsis/solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued.� RFQ # 89503320QWA000031 is being issued as 100% small business set aside. Requirement Details Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) requires an IMACS 200 Channel bank, and DSX-1 Panel (Enclosure and Module) to be delivered to our Elverta Maintenance Facility which is located at 7940 Sorento Road Elverta, CA 95626.� This is a brand named requirement and no substitutions will be accepted (see attached brand name justification).� The NAICS code is 334210 --Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing.� The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The following commercial clauses are applicable: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR, 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items ; FAR 52.212-3-Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items ; and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. This RFQ contains two (2) attachments:� 1- Pricing Schedule-- All unit prices shall include FOB destination.� 2- Brand Name Justification.� Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 5 pm PST on�June 1, 2020 in order to have time to respond before closing date.� Email all questions to jeffery@wapa.gov. Only electronic receipt of offers will be accepted. Submit offers in Adobe pdf format. Each file cannot exceed 10 MB in size, limit three (3) files. Email offers to Tishira Jeffery at jeffery@wapa.gov. Please include the offeror's Unique Entity Identifier (formerly DUNS); identification of any special commercial terms; and signature of authorized company representative. Note: Unique Entity Identifier will be used to verify offerors current registration in SAM.GOV. Offerors are�encouraged to use Standard Form 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items form found at URL http://www.gsa.gov/portal/forms/download/115922.� The FAR may be obtained via the Internet at https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this notice, the on-line RFQ, and amendments (if any). Evaluation: Selection and Award will be made to the single, responsible offeror, whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is determined technically-acceptable and offers the lowest overall price.
