- This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes ONLY. This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). To facilitate market research, the Government is looking to identify qualified sources under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541330, �Engineering Services� and Product Service Code R425 �Engineering and Technical Services �. Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Respondents are requested to indicate their business size with the suggested NAICS code. Respondents are also encouraged to provide another NAICS/Product Service code if they have a suggestion after reviewing the PWS. Results of the responses will be reviewed and aid in Market Research/determining a path forward for the potential acquisition. This sources sought notice is for market research purpose only and is not a request for proposal (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government as to the final acquisition strategy. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Responses to this notice shall be submitted by�18�May 2020, 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) via electronic mail (email) only to alicia.c.toth.civ@mail.mil.��Subject Line should�read ""W15QKN-20-R-0103 RFI Capabilities - VENDOR NAME"".�Any responses received after this time will not be read. Questions shall be in writing and directed to Alicia C. Toth, Contracting Officer, at: Alicia.c.toth.civ@mail.mil Please include the following information in your response: 1) Company Name: 2) Cage Code: 3) Business Size (Under NAICS 541330): 4) Small Business Status: 5) Company Point of Contact (to include name, email address, and phone number) 6) Confirmation that your company can perform the tasks described (capabilities statement): The Government will analyze all responses to determine if a pool of qualified vendors are available to utilize a set-asides such as 8(a), Service Disabled Veterans, Women Owned, etc. and or total small business set-aside. If there are not enough qualified small business firms with the capabilities to perform this requirement, the Government may solicit the acquisition as unrestricted full and open competition. Capabilities shall not just include a brochure of company capabilities but should include written statements on how your company can meet the requirement, reference to any current/previous contracts received for similar efforts.
