This is a sources sought pertaining to personal protective equipment listed below.� �Responses to this RFI notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.� Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary with no obligation nor incurred cost by the government. 400 boxes / N-95 [1860] Mask / 3M Particulate Respirator & Surgical Mask 200 boxes / N-95 [1870] Mask / 3M Flat-Fold Disposable Respirator 200 boxes/ N-95 [9211+] Mask / 3M Particulate Respirator 4000 boxes / Procedure mask, pleated-style, w/ear loops or tie. 2666 each / Hand sanitizer w/alcohol 60% or greater. 8oz. to 20oz. The Indian Health Service (IHS) Bemidji Area Office (BAO) provides service and support to 34 Federally-recognized Tribes and 4 Urban Indian Health programs located in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.� The BAO operates 3 Federal/direct service programs on behalf of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians and the White Earth Band of Chippewa Indians of Minnesota.� The facilities employ a multitude of heath care providers and allied staff which are comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, laboratory technicians, radiology technicians, behavioral health practitioners, dentists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, optometrists, optical technicians, dietitians, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, physical therapists, engineers, sanitarians, equipment technicians, health information managers, administrators, acquisition, supply, finance, information technology and clerical staff. In addition, there are numerous specialty clinics provided in our Federal/direct service programs by local private health care specialists. Objective:� Utilize information received for acquisition planning efforts.�
