- U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Utah City: Ogden Delineated Area: Start at the place of beginning; 1900 West and 2700 N, go east to Mountain Blvd. Go north on Mountain Blvd continuing onto Harrison Blvd to Highway 89. Continuing on to Highway 89 to Interstate 84. Go North on Interstate 84 and continue on Interstate 15. Continue on Interstate 15 to the 31st exit. Go west on 31st Street to 1900 West. Go North on 1900 West back to the place of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,100 Space Type: Clinical Space Parking Spaces Total: 10 Full Term: 1 year Firm Term: 0 year Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under Revocable License in Ogden, Utah that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
