- _IEE #DCN_2018_KOS_036_RCE Budget Template USAID Form 1420-17 Past Performance Information Sheet AWARD FEE PLAN SOL#72016718R00014 Dear Prospective Offeror: The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Regional Contracting Office in Kosovo, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to implement Commercial Justice activity in Kosovo, as described in this solicitation. USAID/Kosovo anticipates awarding one cost plus award-fee type contract as a result of this solicitation covering an estimated period of five (5) years from the date of contract award. The principal geographic code for this contract is 937. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541990. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition, pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). USAID encourages the participation to the maximum extent possible of local Kosovar organizations and small business concerns in this activity as the prime contractor or as subcontractors. Questions and Proposals must be submitted only electronically via e-mail on or before the due dates stipulated in the cover letter, to Dukagjin Hasani at: dhasani@usaid.gov and Nadeem Shah at: nshah@usaid.gov and must conform to all requirements outlined in the solicitation. USAID reserves the right to award the contract subject to availability of funds.
