Description

36C10X18R0165 Pre-solicitation Notice HITC Full Service Maintenance The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick (SAC-F), intends to negotiate a hybrid priced contract (Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials). This requirement is being set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 Facilities Support Services ($38.5 million). The VA, Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Hines Information Technology Center (HITC), 500 South 5th Avenue, Hines, IL 60141, has a requirement for a contractor to provide full facility support services to include 24/7 onsite support, system repairs, and preventive maintenance for the many onsite systems within the center. At a minimum, required services shall include in the following areas: General Facilities Maintenance Repairs and Services Electrical Maintenance Repairs and Services Diesel Engine Emergency Generator Maintenance Repair & Services Uninterruptible Power Supply and Battery System Maintenance Repair and Services Facility and Computer Room HVAC System Maintenance Repairs and Services Fire Suppression System, Maintenance Repairs and Services Elevator Maintenance Repairs and Services Janitorial Services Snow and Ice Removal Services Lawn Mowing and Ground Keeping Services The solicitation will be available on or about 06/08/18 with proposals due on or about 07/13/18. SAC-F shall issue the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunity System (FEDBIZOPS). All questions shall be held until the issuance of the solicitation.
