Description
DD FORM 254 DRAFT SOLICITATION M67004-18-R-0013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. M67004-18-R-0013 IS BEING ISSUED as a Request For Quote. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. The Marine Corps Logistics Command in Albany, GA intendeds to solicit and award a hybrid contract that includes Firm Fixed Price (FFP) labor by labor Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and Time & Material CLINs for Overtime, Travel, and Other Direct Costs (ODCs) for technical services support within the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM). The NAICS Code is 541614 and the small business size standard is 15 millions of dollars. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to this solicitation. The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The FAR/DFAR Clauses/Provisions that apply are listed in Attachment #1. Offerors responding to this announcement must provide the information contained in 52.212-3, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Alt 1). The Offeror shall also provide its Commercial and Government Entity (Cage) Code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification Number. NOTE: ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE. Information on registration may be obtained via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The United States Marine Corps utilizes Wide Area Work Flow as its ONLY authorized method to electronically process vendor request for payment. If your business is not currently registered to use WAWF-RA, please visit the WAWF-RA website at https://wawf.eb.mil. If a change occurs in this requirement; only those offerors that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Written, facsimile, or emailed quotes and the above required information must be received by the point of contact above by the closing date. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Marine Corps Logistics Command Contracts Department.
