- Revised Delineated Area Map >>REVISED<< U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in San Antonio, Texas RLP No. 6TX0708 State: Texas City: San Antonio Delineated Area: Space shall be located in the area within the following boundaries: North: Beginning at the corner of Evers Road and Wurzbach Road and continuing along Wurzbach Parkway to HWY 281 East: HWY 281 southward to Loop 410 South: Along Loop 410 to Evers Road West: Evers Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,642 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,642 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 reserved Parking Spaces (Surface): Minimum of 50 surface parking spaces for visitors plus required per local code. Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Of the 25,642 square feet, 24,977 must be contiguous in the building. Space on one floor is preferred, but multiple floors will be considered, however should not exceed 2 floors. The remaining 665 ABOA sf may be located non-contiguous to the larger space. Space must have the potential for an efficient layout. Public transportation must be available, at regularly scheduled times during the entire workday within a one block radius of the building. The route from the bus stop to the building entrance shall be accessible for the mobility impaired. The Government shall have the right to install a “stick” antenna on the building. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the fully serviced rent. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. A map of the revised delineated area is provided for further clarification and is attached to this revised advertisement.
